    • Deposit is only refundable should the circumstances fall under the AirBnB extenuating circumstances policy (See Link), or if the retreat has a waiting list, whereby we can fill your spot.
  • Book your own round-trip flights -

  • Secure Trip Insurance as needed.  I can tell you where I secure mine.
  • Fulfill all the Covid testing/documentation requirements for both Costa Rica  and your return destination as needed (See Links for Costa Rica & USA)
  • Pay for your own Covid test while in Costa Rica, should you be required to test prior to your return home.  We will arrange testing location and timeslot.
  • Arrange your own airport transport to and from your departure city en route to Costa Rica and on return to your final destination.
    • (Airport transportation is ONLY provided while in Costa Rica)
  • Ensure you have some discretionary income available to cover SOME meals, additional activities and incidentals while  in Costa Rica
  • Adhere to and pay for all the Covid requirements of both your country of origin and destination, including the Covid test in Costa Rica, prior to returning home
